It’s easy to get caught up in building and maintaining our church structures and systems. That is certainly important. However, it is of utmost important to remember what Jesus actually commanded us to do. He told us in the Great Commission to make disciples, not churches. As Mike Breen has said, “If you make disciples, you always get the church. But if you make a church, you rarely get disciples.” Let’s focus on making disciples and watch the church flourish as a result!
